Ingredients

  • pavakai(bitter guard) - cut  into small pieces
  • onion-2
  • yogurt- 1/2 cup
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • chilli powder-1 tsp
  • jaggery - 2-3tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil - 2tsp
 

Preparation method

  • heat oil in a pan, add onions , fry it for sometime.
  • add bitter guard, stir fry for 5 min.
  • add salt n turmeric, chilli powder. yogurt, let it boil for 20 minutes
  • then add jaggery n allow it to boil for 10 minutes n remove from flame
