Ingredients

  • Coconut – 1 cup(finely shredded or dessicated cocunut)
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder  – ½ tsp, 
  • Butter or Ghee – ½ tsp
 

Preparation method

  • In a non-stick pan, on Medium heat, roast Coconut until you get a nice aroma. keep stiring it
  • Add in Sweetened Condensed Milk and Cardamom.
  • Mix well and continue to cook and stir until the ingredients clump together.
  • Turn off the heat
  • Pour coconut mixture onto the grased plate (grease it with butter)
  • Refrigerate for about an hour.
  • Remove from refrigerator and cut into squares or diamond shapes.
