Ingredients

 

Chicken ½ kg
All purpose flour -3 tbsp
Cornflour- 3 tbsp
Rice flour -3 tbsp
Egg 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Green chilli slit 8
Onion 1
Salt and oil as required
 

Preparation method

 

  •  In a bowl add corn flour,all purpose flour,rice flour,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,coriander powder and salt.mix well
  •  Add chicken pieces and egg
  • Mix well without adding water
  • Marinate chicken for 15-20 min
  • In a pan add oil,onion and green chilli.saute once
  • Add marinated chicken and sauté well
  • Add 4 tbsp of water and toss well
  • Cook till chicken is done
  • Serve with rice or rotis
