Ingredients

  • Chicken minced 1 kg
  • Roasted bengal gram flour(pottu kadalai) 1 cup
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Coconut grated 1 cup
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Salt and oil as required

Preparation method

  1. Grind well the minced chicken
  2. Add grated coconut,roasted bengal gram powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,garam masala and salt to the ground chicken mke a dough
  3. Make small balls of the chicken dough
  4. If needed can add little water
  5. Deep fry the balls in oil
  6. Serve hot as snacks
