Fried Chicken Balls

Ingredients
- Chicken minced 1 kg
- Roasted bengal gram flour(pottu kadalai) 1 cup
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Coconut grated 1 cup
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Salt and oil as required
Preparation method
- Grind well the minced chicken
- Add grated coconut,roasted bengal gram powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,garam masala and salt to the ground chicken mke a dough
- Make small balls of the chicken dough
- If needed can add little water
- Deep fry the balls in oil
- Serve hot as snacks
