Chocolate truffle cake

Ingredients
- cake
- 1.5 cups of flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- a pinch of Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 125 gms of butter
- for the Icing:
- Fresh cream 1 cup
- 60 gms butter
- 100 gms dark chocolate(melted)
- sugar to taste
Preparation method
- Mix Butter and powdered sugar together til itz creamy
- Add eggs and vanilla essence
- Sift Flour and cocoa and baking soda and baking powder together and blend them with sugar and butter batter
- Add milk till it reached the consistency(u have to work it out a little bit )
- Grease the mould and pour batter in
- Preheat oven for 10 mins and bake till u can run a clean knife in(approx 30 mins)
- Wait till it cools off to remove from mould
- Whip all of the above @ under icing' and pour over the cake!!
