Ingredients
- boiled rice=2 cups
- ****curry leaves powder=3 tbsp
- ghee=1 tbsp
- salt to taste
- small onions=50gms (whole)
- curry leaves= 50 gms
- asfoetida=a pinch
- bengal gram dal=2tbsp
- raw rice=2 tbsp
- toor dal=1 tbsp
- red chillies=4 nos
- pottu kadalai=3 tbsp
Preparation method
Dry roast all the above ingredients listed for the powder and grind it to a fine powder
heat ghee in a pan
