Ingredients

  • mutton - 250 g
  • onion-2
  • tomato - 2
  • green chillies- 4 
  • ginger paste - 1tsp
  • pepper powder- 2tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required
  • cumin powder- 1tsp

 

Preparation method

  1. pressure cook the mutton pieces upto 4-5 whistles
  2. heat oil in a pan, add onions, green chilli paste or green chillies, and saute it , till the onions becomes translucent
  3. then add ginger paste and tomatoes and saute it for 2 minutes
  4. then add cumin powder , salt , pepper powder and saute it , till the oil leaves the sides of the pan
  5. then add the cooked mutton pieces, and saute it for abt 4 minutes and remove from the stove.
  6. garnish with cilantro
