Onion Mutton/virdhunagar onion mutton fry

Ingredients
- mutton - 250 g
- onion-2
- tomato - 2
- green chillies- 4
- ginger paste - 1tsp
- pepper powder- 2tsp
- salt to taste
- oil as required
- cumin powder- 1tsp
Preparation method
- pressure cook the mutton pieces upto 4-5 whistles
- heat oil in a pan, add onions, green chilli paste or green chillies, and saute it , till the onions becomes translucent
- then add ginger paste and tomatoes and saute it for 2 minutes
- then add cumin powder , salt , pepper powder and saute it , till the oil leaves the sides of the pan
- then add the cooked mutton pieces, and saute it for abt 4 minutes and remove from the stove.
- garnish with cilantro
