Ingredients

  • Tomato  - 3 
  • Onion - 2 
  • Cinnamon - 2,
  • Cardamom- 2,
  • Cloves- 2
  • Star anise - 1
  • Khas Khas- 5 gms
  • Coconut - 1/2 
  • Oil as required
  • Salt To taste
  • Chilly Powder as per your taste
  • Corriander powder -2tsp
  • Garlic- 4 nos
 

Preparation method

  1. Heat oil in a pan , add onion, tomatoes, cinnamon, cardamom
  2. Cloves, staranise, garlic, coconut , chillipowder and fry it,until the raw flavour goes
  3. Then grind it and Keep it  aside
  4. Heat oil and ghee add onion, tomatoes, garlic, fry until golden brown
  5. Then add the grain Masala
  6. Allow to boil atleast 5 minutes
  7. Finish with coriander leaves and serve hot
